Eccentric half ball valve has the two structure as below:
Tpe entry eccentric half ball valve: Top entry eccentric half ball valve internal parts from the valve upper installation and disassembly of the valve, the advantage is that during maintenance, no need to remove from the pipeline, the valve can be replaced by accessories
 Side entry eccentric half ball valve: the internal structure is one piece, the internal parts from the side of the installation and disassembly of a valve.

Eccentric half ball valve features

Eccentric half  ball valve has the features of small opening force, close can break the scale barrier, achieve good sealing performance and so on, wear resistance.The wear-resistant and corrosive material of the eccentric half ball valve is widely used in water, steam, sewage, petrochemical, natural gas, solution and slurry and other two-phase medium, and dust gas and other ideal transmission equipment.
Eccentric half ball valve has the following features:
1.Straight through type: one-way sealing and eccentric structure, ball and valve body separated when open, straight flow passage, no jamming and blocking phenomenon.
2.Convenient switch: the spherical surface and valve body are separated when opening and closing, without any contact, small torque, flexible rotation, the shearing action of the hemisphere seat when opening and closing can cut off the scale and adhesion on the sealing surface, can keep the seal tight.
3.The eccentric structure of the sealing surface enables the spherical surface to automatically compensate for wear and tear, keeping the sealing of the valve, with long service life, safety and reliability.

2. Work as a special valve for oil and chemical industry: applicable to crude oil, heavy oil and other oil products, chemical industry corrosion resistance, two phase mixed flow medium.Temperature resistance up to 425℃.
3. Work as a special gas valve: suitable for gas, natural gas, liquefied gas transmission control.The structure of the product is characterized by different chromium - containing alloy surfacing valves with tight sealing and corrosion resistance.
4. Work as a slurry special valve: suitable for liquid, solid two phase mixed flow or liquid transport chemical reaction has crystal precipitation or scale industrial pipeline transport.The structure and characteristics of the product are different according to the media and temperature requirements of customers.
