The Y-shaped three-way passage adopts an integrated smooth curved transition structure without right-angle corners and fluid dead zones. When conveying powder, granules, slurry and other easy-deposition mediums, there is no residual material accumulation in the valve cavity after switching and shunting. Compared with traditional right-angle three-way valves that are prone to scaling, blockage and jamming, this structure fundamentally solves the long-standing industry problem of medium retention and pipeline blockage, ensuring long-term unobstructed operation of the fluid system.

The optimized wide-angle flow path greatly reduces fluid scouring resistance and system pressure loss, achieving more stable and efficient medium transmission. Pneumatic Y type ceramic lined ball valve adopts a modular composite integrated structure, consisting of a high-strength metal pressure-bearing valve body, integral ceramic lining assembly, precision ceramic sealing pair, anti-wear ceramic valve stem, and industrial pneumatic actuator system. The structure is compact, rigid and highly integrated, with strong pressure resistance, structural stability and convenient later maintenance performance.

1 Full Ceramic Lining Medium Contact System

All fluid contact components including valve body inner wall, Y-shaped flow channel, ball core, valve seat and valve stem are made of 99% high-purity alumina ceramic or zirconia toughened ceramic. Through integral high-temperature sintering and micron-level ultra-precision grinding technology, the ceramic parts feature high density, ultra-high hardness and stable chemical inertness. The ceramic lining and metal shell adopt high-temperature bonding + mechanical double fixing process, which effectively prevents lining peeling, cracking and falling off during long-term pneumatic high-frequency switching and medium scouring, and permanently protects the metal valve body from corrosion and wear.

2 High-Strength Metal Valve Body

The outer valve body of Pneumatic Y type ceramic lined ball valve is integrally cast and precisely machined with WCB carbon steel, CF8 (304) or CF8M (316L) stainless steel. It has excellent mechanical strength, pressure bearing capacity and impact resistance, which can stably bear pipeline system pressure and external mechanical load without deformation. The customized Y-type valve cavity casting process ensures perfect fitting with the ceramic lining, avoiding stress concentration and improving the overall structural stability of the valve.

3 Industrial-Grade Pneumatic Actuator System

Pneumatic Y type ceramic lined ball valve is equipped with high-quality aluminum alloy pneumatic actuators, supporting double-acting air-driven and single-acting spring-reset two modes to meet different safety and process requirements. The anodized actuator shell is light, rigid, anti-corrosion and anti-aging; the internal wear-resistant sealing components have low friction coefficient and sensitive response, adapting to long-term high-frequency cyclic operation.

The double-acting actuator provides fast and stable switching speed for conventional frequent automatic control working conditions; the single-acting spring-reset actuator realizes automatic reset opening/closing in case of air source failure or power failure, achieving fail-safe protection and avoiding production safety accidents, which is suitable for high-risk working conditions such as flammable, explosive and highly corrosive environments.

The actuator is rigidly coaxial connected with the ceramic valve stem, ensuring synchronous 90° rotary operation without jamming and high positioning accuracy. It can be matched with solenoid valves, limit switches, pneumatic positioners, air filter pressure reducing valves and emergency hand wheel devices to realize remote automatic control, signal feedback and proportional flow regulation.
